FAM [ILY] Series Episode 1: Lisa Stevenson

As we kick off the new month of March 2023 (Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Month) I wanted to dedicate this first episode of the Fam[ily] series to a woman who I have known and who I definitely do cherish in my life. I think her story is phenomenal and needs to be told. A woman named Lisa Stevenson is a daughter, wife, sister, and mother of two. Mrs. Stevenson was diagnosed in 1996 of having multiple sclerosis which is a potentially disabling disease of the brain and spinal cord (central nervous system). Today I had the pleasure of interviewing her to be able to tell her story of how she dealt with the trials and tribulations of enduring multiple sclerosis within her family but also in herself. Today we go in deep and ask questions about how she overcomes life. The new FAM[ILY] series is about being able to tell the people you love their stories but also the way of life for them. For we all have different walks of life. The inspiration behind the Family series is to be able to tell and impact the people that you love "I love you" and the ones who are going through this exact feeling to know that they're not alone. For ALL of us have a story to tell.
